A couple of years ago I posted this on my facebook page. I thought I would revisit and sure with you all.
1. I thought I was Italian until 3 years ago. Not a drop, I'm Belizean.
2. Until 3 years ago I was the youngest child, now I'm the oldest. I LOVE being a big sister.
3. I'm beginning to accept that no matter what I accomplish in life, people will still want to talk about my days in a mouse suit.
4. I went from working for "The happiest Place on Earth" to one of the most feared agencies in the country.
5. I used to imagine that people who worked for the IRS where Men in black suits and sunglasses. Wrong! We're a bunch of middle aged women in sweats and bunny slippers. Okay, I don't do the sweats and slippers, but many do.
6. My morning coffee is an experience like no other, yummm coffeeeeeeeee
7. No matter how much you try to be prepared to raise children, nothing prepares you for walking in your baby girl’s room after a nap and seeing all the wall art she has created with her own poo!
8. My kids have ripped out my inner control freak and stomped it into pieces. Thank God!
9. I've come to learn that ice is the Devil! I have the hardware in my ankle to prove it.
10. I once prayed "God I will live anywhere but Utah". God is funny.
11. Man I love to dance can't get enough of it.
12. My husband and I have known each other since I was seven.
13. His sister and I have been best friends since we were seven. We always said we wanted to be sisters. I never saw it coming.
14. I'm extremely afraid of heights.
15. I once had to stand on the top of the Matterhorn in a mouse suit, holding a 30lb pair of over sized scissors. No harness or tie down.
16. I once had to ring in the New Year in a mouse suit on a tiny, shaky, unstable lift, above the Disneyland castle.
17. Did I mention I was afraid of heights?
18. I love sunsets.
19. I will not be retiring in Utah; Devil Ice and fragile 80 year old bones do not mix.
20. I am a terrible cook; my birth mom was a chef. 21. I really miss working in TV productions
22. My two best friends held my Mother's hand as she passed away. I couldn't get there in time. They are amazing. I will be forever grateful.
23. My adopted parents were like no other. God's plan was perfect in me being raised by them. I miss them so much.
24. I could not imagine life without my family.
25. Above all, Jesus!! My Rock!
Ali Larter was a big fan of hiking to lose her baby weight, and she even strapped her bundle of joy Teddy into the Baby Bjorn and took him on hikes with her, which meant that she was able to work out without worrying about a babysitter. Genius! She's lost all her pregnancy pounds and looks amazing. Hmm -- maybe there's more to the whole hiking thing than we think?
ReplyDeleteCelebrities definitely serve as a great source of inspiration to get a little more creative when it comes to squeezing in regular workouts. But something tells me that it's a whole lot easier to get motivated to get off the couch and make exercise a priority when you have a personal trainer to help you -- inside or outside the gym.
Do you think that celebrities are completely truthful when it comes to how they get into shape?
